Website Redesign for East Alabama Arts

Completely redesigned the East Alabama Arts website using Squarespace to optimize user navigation and modernize the experience. By rewriting page copy, updating information, and simplifying the ticketing process, the redesign drove a 51% month-over-month increase in visits and a 46% surge in pageviews.

East Alabama Arts Social Media

Instagram: Curated and executed data-driven content for East Alabama Arts, focusing on clear visuals and compelling storytelling to promote regional art events. These efforts yielded a 61% increase in views, a 254% boost in reach, and an 84% growth in followers over the course of the internship.

Facebook: Similarly, managed the weekly content execution and community outreach on Facebook to elevate regional brand awareness. By tailoring promotional assets to the local audience and analyzing post-performance data, this strategy saw the following increases: 36.7% in page views, 148.1% in content interactions, and 266.7% in external link clicks. 

Print and Campaign Collateral

Designed and copyedited a two-page educational resource to be distributed to local elementary school teachers. The document served as a curriculum guide to prepare educators for Nobuntu’s cultural performance, directly furthering East Alabama Arts’ educational outreach goals.

Developed a suite of digital and print materials to drive corporate fundraising for upcoming seasonal initiatives. This included a comprehensive sponsorship tier flyer and a series of customized graphics tailored for local business partners to showcase their community investment.

Sad Dads Have It Bad: A Look at Paternal Postpartum Depression
This paper examines paternal PPD as an underrecognized health communication problem and analyzes the barriers that prevent new fathers from receiving adequate support. Drawing on current research, I identify gaps in provider–father communication and propose a theory‑informed intervention designed to improve screening, dialogue, and access to resources.

Communicating Change with Clarity: A Skills-Based Training
This training proposal was developed for a instructional design assignment requiring a full needs assessment, learning objectives, and a structured plan for delivering a workplace training module. It highlights my ability to translate organizational challenges into a practical, learner‑centered program supported by research and accessible design.
